A quiet independent desk in Al Danah
AbuDhabiDesk is a small online service in Abu Dhabi focused on one job: helping riders top up their Hafilat card in a clean three-field form. No app, no account, no clutter.
What we do
We run a single form for Hafilat card recharge and an optional balance-check tool. Payment happens on our billing page, and the balance is added to your card once the bank confirms the payment.
The whole point is not to invent a new payment product but to remove a couple of steps: no login screen, no five-tab dashboard, no push notifications. Three fields and a receipt.
What we don't do
We are not the transport operator and we are not part of any government authority. We do not issue cards, replace lost cards, refund unused balances that are still on the card, or handle student and senior concessions — those go through the operator's channels.
