Added a lightweight balance-check page on /balance/. It reads a Hafilat card number and displays the current balance figure. No payment is taken during a balance check, and nothing is stored beyond what the page needs to render the answer.
Went over the Arabic mirror at /ar/ with a native reader. Cleaned up mixed-script rendering — phone numbers, order codes, plus-code addresses now sit inside <bdi> so they read left-to-right inside an RTL sentence without flipping the surrounding text.
Trimmed the recharge form down to three fields — Hafilat card number, amount, email — and removed the middle-name field, which was never useful for a top-up. The billing page still asks for the cardholder name as printed on the card, which is where it actually matters.
